Oscar is 16 from Ballarat Victoria.The dude is down to skate anytime anywhere, he rips parks but as you can see from the photo above he can skate all terrain. He's on a bit of a Bruce Lee tip cause he loves doing Judo airs all over the shop. Keep an eye out for this youth he's one of the new bread of Drawing Board skaters coming through...
